Runner Girl's Mission: To improve the health, fitness, and well-being of girls and women by providing expert advice, merchandise, and online services to female athletes of all ages.
RunnerGirl's Summer Running Camp: Join us for RunnerGirl's second annual Summer Running Camp! Teens and adults are welcome. Each day will include a dynamic warm up, training run, cool down, flexibility training, strength work, injury prevention, and lots of core work. There will also be fun activities, short informational sessions, and each camper will receive a shirt and other goodies. The camp will be held in Bradenton, Florida August 9-14 for three hours each morning, 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We provide a fun, safe, and educational environment where girls and women can improve their fitness, make friends, and get ready for any sport they choose by being in the best shape of their lives!
