Coach Rae Ann has been running since 1986 and has competed in races from 400 meters up to the marathon. She competed in both Cross Country and Track in high school and at Brown University, with a focus on 5K and the mile. She ran the Monaco Marathon while living in the south of France and attending the International University of Monaco. Coach Rae Ann has completed 14 marathons so far, including Monaco, Paris, Disney, Hartford, Jacksonville, and Boston four times. Her true passion is Cross Country, which explains her recent adventures in trail running, but she also competes in 5K, 5 Mile, 10K, 15K, and half marathon road races. Her love of running has extended to coaching others. Rae Ann has earned certifications from RRCA, the highly coveted USATF level 2, ASEP, as well as in First Aid and CPR. She now coaches high school Cross Country and Track plus distance runners of all ages. Rae Ann’s passion for running is evident in her competitive nature. She encourages the young women on her high school team to be confident and embrace that competitive fire but also to learn to love running so that it becomes a life long sport. Education:
